Terms of Service Agreement
Overview
Sometimes simply presenting the terms of service agreement on the checkout page does not necessarily ensure the customer agrees to the terms. With a checkbox required, you guarantee an action on the customer's part takes place warranting an agreement to the terms.
This addon forces the customer to check an option box, binding them to a "Terms of Service" page. If the customer attempts to checkout without the option box checked, they will be prompted to review the terms and check the box. This ensures visibility and compliance to the terms of the service agreement.

- Can be place on any page during the checkout process. We recommend the customer registration page or on the confirm invoice page.
